Penrose National Trust, Porthleven
Use the apple press to make your own apple juice with orchard apples, meet the heavy horses used on the estate and enjoy lots of family activities.
Trengwainton Gardens, nr Penzance
Half term activities starting with Pumpkin Fun Day on 22nd October and other activities throughout half term week.
Potager Gardens is a delightful family and toddler friendly café with beautiful gardens near to Falmouth. Their pop-up events are always popular.
Flambards Theme park in Helston is popular with families and caters for all ages with fun rides and activities. This half term is packed with fun events like spooky trails, balloon modelling and ghost stories.
Indoor play for kids and a coffee for adults in the café.
Heartlands is a former derelict mining landscape at Robinson’s Shaft that has been brough back to live through successful project. Booking is advised for this event and takes place at 11.30am at the Red River Café.
Family Tours at 5.30pm and 6.30pm (you must be 5 years old or older to take part).
Storytelling with Alice – bring your bravest ears for spooky tales from 10.30am or 12.00am story! Decorate your own gingerbread man. And then eat him!
