Let the uninterupted sea views set the tone for a wonderfully relaxed stay at Penhale. Overlooking the outer harbour, sea and the reef below, with far reaching views towards The Lizard Peninsular, Penhale is perfect for couples or a family of 4.
Entering on the front door you will find the two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The king has windows look out to sea. The second bedroom is a king that can convert to a twin. Enjoy some quite time in reading the seated bay windows and savour waking up to the sound of the sea. There is a bathroom with shower and a door to small back courtyard.
Upstairs the lofty open living space with its exposed stone walls and high vaulted roof, is designed to exploit the surperb views. The large windows looking out to sea are perfect for watching storms as they batter the pier and clock tower in the winter, from the comfort of the sofa with the wood burner roaring. On a sunny, calm day, open the windows wide to get the full sunshine and wafts of sea air whilst reading a book.
The modern kitchen has all you would need to cook for a family and has a table and chairs for dining. Beyond the kitchen is a family bathroom with bath and shower.
To the front of the property is a small patio area with seating. The perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine on warmer days and watch the world go by.
Penhale has been lovingly restored by its owners in 2019 to provide homely accommodation for couples or a family.

Penhale was in the perfect location with fantastic views. The accommodation was excellent with all mod cons.
Beautiful house, perfect position for watching the storm. Just round the corner from the best pub. All in all 'perfect', is the only description.
