This light flooded second floor apartment is perfect for a romantic getaway with lovely views over the harbour. With the harbour literally on the doorstep, it is just a few steps from popular restaurants, café’s and pubs surrounding the village. Activities like cold water swimming, walking the South West Coast path or stand up paddleboarding are all available to enjoy in the harbour.
The hallway leads to an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with vaulted ceilings, roof windows and double glazed windows overlooking the harbour. A contemporary designed kitchen, with granite worktops and fully integrated appliances offers a lovely space in which to make a meal. Appliances include electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and slim line dishwasher. Oak floor boards run throughout the apartment with under floor heating.
The bedroom has a king bed, side tables and built in cupboard. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with white suite, shower over the bath, heated towel rail, ceramic flooring and built in cupboards with mirrors.
At the entrance to the apartment there is a bijoux terrace suitable for 2 people to sit with a drink or enjoy dinner alfresco. The property is close to all the village amenities, beach, coastal walks and just one minute walk to The Ship Inn.
