Joinery Cottage is a chic seaside retreat tucked away in the heart of the village with harbour views from the large window seats where you can watch the waves lapping the pier and the view to Mounts Bay in the distance. The location is perfectly placed within walking distance to Porthleven’s renowned eateries.
The spacious upstairs open plan kitchen, dining and living area has been thoughtfully designed with a well equipped kitchen, oak breakfast bar and separate dining area. The open plan living space offers a large sofa, armchair and a stylish wood-burning stove for those cooler winter nights.
The large landing/hallway leads down to the luxurious bedroom with super-king size bed. The perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the coastline. The en-suite luxury bathroom has a freestanding bath, his and hers vanity unit, walk in waterfall shower and underfloor heating,
The door from the bedroom leads to a private courtyard with table and chairs for alfresco eating.
You can usually find parking outside the property. You are also welcome to use the parking permit on the welcome tray to park in the Porthleven Shipyard.
One dog is welcome.

Coming to Porthleven and staying at one of your cottages is something we literally count the days down until (already booked at Westward next April) and will be re-booking Joinery Cottage again for another return trip in January. This was our 3rd stay at Joinery Cottage and our 8/9th time booking with PHC. Thank you for always looking after us! See you again soon

Joinery Cottage was a beautiful, luxurious,spacious accommodation for 2. Village location was perfect, just off the busy front and easy accessibility to all that Porthleven has to offer. Best standard of accommodation we’ve had in 6 years of visiting Cornwall. Parking available in narrow streets but the offer of a parking pass for Shipyard Car Park less than 5 mins walk away eased the pressure. Would definitely recommend and would like to return.

Having stayed with you many times this was a return visit, but first time in this property, it was super, warm, cosy and well equipped. The decor is great, a real home from home.

We were so amazed at the quality, style of decor, and the general thought that had gone into providing such a comfortable holiday home. The heating system ensured we were never cold. Bed was so comfy. The kitchen area was beautifully equipped! We loved it!!
