We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised office administrator to join our team in Porthleven. You will enjoy liaising with our guests to give them the best possible experience and will take a pro-active approach to problem solving. We are a small team and so a level of flexibility is required for this role, as well as a positive attitude. Experience in the holiday letting sector is not necessary but you will need a good administrative skill set.

Administrative support for the day to day running of the office and staff of Porthleven Holiday Cottages and associated sister companies. General duties will include day to day administrative duties, answering the phone, assisting customers, word processing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, maintaining filing systems and assisting colleagues.
Working hours Monday to Friday (9am – 5:30pm) with occasional requirement to assist with operational duties relating to the Holiday Cottages business at the weekends. On occasions it may be required that longer hours are worked so a flexible approach to working hours is required.
