Administrative support for the day to day running of the office and staff of Porthleven Holiday Cottages and Porthleven Harbour & Dock Company.
General duties will include day to day administrative tasks, answering the phone, assisting customers, word processing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, maintaining filing systems and assisting colleagues.
Experience working for a holiday letting business would be advantageous but not crucial as training would be given. Must be very organised, have a good level of general computer skills, be able to work under pressure, good communication skills, good telephone manner and able to work within a small team.
Working hours Monday to Friday with occasional requirement to assist with operational duties relating to the Holiday Cottages business at the weekends. On occasions it may be required that longer hours are worked so a flexible approach to working hours is required.
