All our holiday cottages in Cornwall are privately owned with many located on and around the historic harbour in Porthleven, south west Cornwall.  Each one offers a high standard of comfort and includes high quality linens and towels, free WIFI and guest welcome tray.

We offer a portfolio of holiday properties to suit couples, families and groups of friends, ranging from larger houses that sleep 8 through to the ever popular one bedroom Fisherman’s Loft with its stunning views across Mount’s Bay. All our properties are inspected and rated by Enjoy England so you are assured of high quality accommodation.

All our properties are located in the harbour village of Porthleven, with the exception of Lynwood, which is located in the village of Carleen, approximately 5 miles/10 mins drive from Porthleven.

All our holiday properties are inspected annually by Enjoy England to be impartially assessed for the quality of the accommodation they provide. The star rating awarded is an added assurance that your holiday property meets your
expectations. There is an extensive list of requirements that must be met before accommodation is considered for a star rating. We follow these recommendations in order to achieve the best Enjoy England ratings but we also have our own personal views about the needs and demands of today’s discerning guests. All our properties are different, some old, some new but in each one we endeavour to create high quality, comfortable modern spaces that offer the very best holiday home experience.
