Lynwood is a newly built traditional cottage situated in the picturesque village of Carleen, just 6 minutes drive from Porthleven.

Accommodation at a glance:

The ground floor has a spacious well appointed kitchen with Marshall Range, electric hob and oven microwave and integral fridge and dishwasher. The utility room has the freezer and washer/drier.

The large comfortably furnished lounge has a door out to the side garden and a wood burner. It also leads into the dining room which has French windows out into the large back garden. There is a single bedroom (can be twin with additional slide out bed) and a shower room with WC and hand basin on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a single bedroom (can be a twin) a double bedroom, family bathroom with shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail and the master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom that also boasts a walk in shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Outside there is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway and the large lawned garden offers lovely views over the open countryside.
