On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities and a convenient separate WC.

On the first floor is an open plan living/kitchen/dining area equipped with wide screen television with Freeview reception, DVD and CD/radio player. The property is heated by night storage heaters and there is a wood burning stove to enjoy during the winter months.

The modern kitchen has black granite worktops contrasting with the high gloss white kitchen units and stainless steel fittings including touch control hob, oven, integrated fridge with freezing compartment, integrated dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

Parking is on the quayside (not reserved) and there is an attractive, sunny courtyard with table and chairs to the front of the property. The nearest beach is a short walk and the south west coastal path runs through the village.

The master bedroom on the first floor is adjacent to the lounge with a king size double bed and white en-suite shower room.
