2 Church Row is a traditional Cornish cottage conveniently located in the heart of Porthleven, a short stroll from the Harbour.

Accommodation at a Glance:

The comfortably furnished open plan dining/ lounge area is equipped with sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV with Sky, DVD player and CD player, electric wood burner style fire in the striking exposed stone fireplace, large dining table with upholstered pew and chairs. The well appointed galley kitchen has an integrated fridge with ice box, eye-line oven and slim-line dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Downstairs WC next to the kitchen. The back door leads out to the converted net loft that provides an attractive seating area.

Upstairs there is a bunk bedroom and two double bedrooms (4'6" beds). The family shower room has a large walk in shower, WC and basin.

The front garden benefits from the sun and offers a comfortable outdoor seating area with stylish garden furniture. There is no private parking but it is possible to park outside the property if space is available, alternatively cars can be left in the shipyard, just a few minutes walk away.
