12 Harbour View House offers reverse level accommodation to take advantage of the lovely views.  Beautifully appointed, this spacious property offers three en-suite double bedrooms and an open plan living dining area with stunning views across the harbour and just a short walk to all the village amenities.

Accommodation at a glance:

On the ground floor is the entrance hall off which are two large en-suite bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), decorated in soft neutral colours, New England style bedroom furniture and quality bed linens & towels. Each with a white tiled shower room with chrome fittings. On the first floor is the third en-suite bedroom (double) and the bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area boasting wonderful views from the large bay windows. The contemporary kitchen has black granite work tops and high gloss cupboards which conceal the integrated units comprising dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The relaxing and spacious living area is beautifully furnished with comfortable leather sofas, large coffee table, wide screen television with Freeview, DVD player, CD/Radio and wood burning stove; ideal for those winter nights. Outside there is a small garden area to the front of the property which is ideal for dining outside on warm summer evenings. Parking is on the road (not reserved).
